Private Personal Training

Our Private Personal Training program gives you the focused, one-on-one attention you deserve. Each session is built around your goals, abilities, and schedule — so you can make real, lasting progress at your own pace. Choose from 30-, 45-, or 60-minute sessions, available in 3-, 6-, or 12-month commitments, with pricing starting at $25 per session. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, your coach will guide and support you every step of the way.

DUO Personal Training

Train together, stay motivated, and save! Our DUO Personal Training program offers all the benefits of private training — customized workouts, focused coaching, and flexible scheduling — with the added encouragement of a partner. You’ll both receive individualized guidance while sharing the session, making it fun, supportive, and cost-effective. Each participant enjoys 25% off their monthly rate, with 30-, 45-, or 60-minute sessions available in 3-, 6-, or 12-month commitments. Progress is better together — bring a friend, spouse, or training partner and bloom side by side.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Experience the perfect balance of personalized coaching and small-group motivation. Our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes long and limited to just 8 participants, ensuring you get individualized attention in a supportive, community-focused environment. A certified personal trainer designs your custom program and supervises your workouts as you train alongside others working toward their own goals. Choose to attend 2, 3, or 4 times per week, with convenient 5 AM, 5 PM, and 6 PM time slots available. Pricing starts as low as $9.35 per session, making it one of the most affordable ways to receive professional training and lasting results.

Lifelong Fitness

Our Lifelong Fitness program is designed to help you move, feel, and live better at every stage of life. Led by our certified personal trainers, these classes focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being in a fun, supportive setting. With 10 classes offered each week and unlimited access for just $44 per month, it’s an affordable and sustainable way to stay active, build confidence, and connect with others who share your goals. Because fitness isn’t just for now — it’s for life.
