Each session is coached by a trainer who helps guide your form, adjust movements when needed, and keep you moving safely and effectively. It is a great fit for clients who want accountability, strength focused programming, and a supportive community while still receiving more guidance than a traditional group fitness class.

Semi Private Training is best for clients who want consistent coaching, structured strength training, and accountability in a small group environment. It is also a great option for clients who want the elevated support of personal training at a more accessible investment than fully private sessions. You still receive coaching, guidance, and thoughtful programming, but in a supportive setting where you can train alongside others who are also working toward their goals.
Semi-Private Training Schedule
Semi Private Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes in length and are offered at the following times:

Monday through Thursday at 5:00 AM

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00 PM

Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 PM
This schedule gives you the option to train before your day begins or choose an evening session that fits around work, family, and daily life.


Semi-Private Training Investment
Semi Private Personal Training is one of the most accessible ways to receive consistent coaching, structured strength training, and accountability at Bloom. You can choose the membership option that best fits your goals and schedule:
