This page walks you through exactly how the process works, from your first consultation to your first session and beyond, so you know what to expect before you ever step into the studio. Our goal is to make starting personal training feel less intimidating and more like the beginning of a plan that actually fits you.

Training Consultation
Your consultation is a chance for us to get to know you, your goals, your health history, and what kind of support you are looking for. We will talk through your availability, your training needs, and make sure Bloom is the right fit for you. From there, we can pair you with the trainer who best matches your goals, personality, and schedule.

Meet Your Trainer
After your consultation, we connect with our training team to make sure you are paired with the best trainer for your goals, needs, and availability. Your trainer will then reach out with their contact information and help you schedule your first session so you can get started right away.

The First Session
Your first session is both a workout and an assessment. Your trainer will use this time to get a better understanding of where you are in your fitness journey while asking questions throughout the session to make sure you are both on the same page moving forward. They will assess movement quality, strength, mobility, and more so they can begin building a plan that supports your goals. This first session is an important step in creating an effective, high quality training experience from the start.

Continue the Journey
From there, we keep moving forward with high quality training, consistent support, and a plan that grows with you. Your trainer will help you build consistency, stay accountable, and find what works best for your body, your goals, and your real life. This is where the journey really starts to bloom.
