Private and Duo Personal Training are an investment in personalized coaching, consistency, and support that is built around you. Pricing varies based on session length, training format, and package size, so we keep our current pricing sheet available for easy reference. Most clients choose a recurring training plan based on how often they want to train each week, with the cost broken down by session so you can choose the option that fits your goals and budget.
How Our Prices are Calculated
Session Length
One factor that determines your personal training investment is session length. Bloom offers 30, 45, and 60 minutePrivate and Duo Personal Training sessions so your plan can match your goals, schedule, fitness level, and the amount of coaching support you are looking for. Shorter sessions can be a great fit for focused, efficient training, while longer sessions allow more time for strength work, mobility, conditioning, and skill development.
Sessions Per Week
Personal Training memberships are built around how many times you train each week. Clients can choose to train 2, 3, or 4 times per week, depending on their goals, availability, and desired level of accountability. Monthly billing reflects your weekly training plan, though the exact number of sessions completed each month may vary slightly depending on the calendar. Bloom’s pricing sheet estimates about 9 sessions per month for 2x per week, 13 sessions per month for 3x per week, and 18 sessions per month for 4x per week
Commitment Period
Our Personal Training memberships are available in 3, 6, or 12 month commitment options. Longer commitment periods offer the best monthly rate, while shorter commitments give clients more flexibility. All clients complete new client paperwork and sign a training agreement before beginning sessions. We also offer session pack options for clients who prefer to purchase sessions without a recurring monthly training membership
